BUIES CREEK-- Injury-free for the first time all season, Duke grabbed a 22-12 victory over Campbell in Carter Gym.

Duke (2-10-1) scratched first on a pin by Tom Cass, his 17th victory of the season. Campbell (5-4) came back to rattle off three straight wins. John Christian scored early, and held on for a 3-1 decision over Daegan Smith. John Black wrestled to a one-point advantage over Alex Hunt, and Adam Doherty secured a win at 125.

The Blue Devils matched that with three of their own. Sean Meakim earned a major decision at 133, followed by two straight decisions. Campbell ended the drought at 157, where Billy Greene ran his record to 21-3 with a narrow 6-5 decision over Duece Harris.

With the Campbell deficit at four, Duke won the last two events to close out the match. Mike Mitchell defeated Steve Smith at 165, while Matt Hoover closed out with a major decision.
